For Day 8, we met with Tall Like Joe, who makes beautiful Charcuterie Boards, serving trays and more.

Joe got started a few years ago when his son was born, and he made a toddler ladder for his son to reach the countertop; it was a HUGE hit, and his wife encouraged him to start making more of them. Hence the name of his business Tall Like Joe!

Joe is very passionate about his cutting boards, and a lot of research, time and care goes into making them. He ensures that are End Grain up, ensuring the boards are tough and can withstand the test of time.
