Episode 8 – The Green Eatery

Did you know Milton has it’s very own plant-based, gluten-free, high vibration food and juice/smoothie shop? We do! It’s The Green Eatery and they are located right in the heart of downtown Milton on 20 Mill Street. If you haven’t been before, go pay them a visit! Maria, is the owner and she’s a wealth of information about healthy living and is an all round lovely person. My favourite menu items are the fresh green juice and the burrito bowl salad.
