Here’s what I’m seeing right now in the Milton Real Estate Market.
- Average price is $837,552 up 12.95 % YTD
- Inventory is tight still down ~9% YTD in Milton
- Borrowing has never been less. One of our mortgage brokers was able to get a client 1.6% on a 5 year fixed!
