Crawford Lake – Day 20 of 31 My Favourite Spots in Milton

Day 20 of 31 Day 20 of my 31 Favourite Places in Milton – Crawford Lake It was a beautiful day for a hike! If you haven’t been to Crawford Lake before it’s located at 3115 Conservation Road which you can access right off of Guelph Line. There are a variety of trail options, and if you’re a really avid hiker you can actually hike the Nassagaweya Canyon Trail that connects two parks, Crawford Lake and Rattlesnake Point. I opted for the shorter hike today 🙂 There’s something about hiking around water that is so peaceful. I hope that you’ll go and check it out.

Enhance Cosmetic Centre and Spa – Day 19 of 31 My Favourite Spots in Milton

Day 19 of 31 Day 19 of 31 My Favourite Spots in Milton – Enhance Cosmetic Centre and Spa I love a little pampering now and again, and my go-to spot in town is Enhance Cosmetic Centre and Spa. If you haven’t been before they have 2 locations. One on 238 Main Street E in downtown Milton and a second location on 400 Bronte S Unit 107. I have enjoyed any service that I have ever had there, and the staff are always friendly and helpful! If you’re looking to treat yourself, pay them a visit! Trust me you won’t regret it! P.S They have some awesome summer specials on right now on their website! https://enhance.ca/milton-spa-discoun…

Country Heritage Park Day 18 of 31 My Favourite Spots in Milton

Day 18 of 31 Day 18 of 31 of My Favourite Spots in Milton and we found ourselves at Country Heritage Park! If you haven’t been before it’s located at 8560 Tremaine Road. There are many fun and festive local events that take place Country Heritage Park throughout the year. Today we focused on the Community Garden as they are currently looking for volunteers to help with tending to the garden. We were fortunate to be able to speak with Jaime Reaume, CEO of Country Heritage Park who talked to us about the park, and some of the wonderful community initiatives. We also spoke with Maria and a few of the student volunteers who filled us in with how the community garden came to be, and their experience with tending to the garden.
